The studs are manufactured from high tensile steel ranging in diameter from M24 (1 inch) to M64 (2. ½ inches) in property classes up to Grade 10.9 or 150.

They are manufactured to both ISO and ASTM standards to meet local market requirements.
Various corrosion protection systems are available, including Galvanizing, Sherardizing and Zinc Flake providing up to 1000 Hrs corrosion resistance.
Studs can be fitted with heat shrink or rigid plastic debonding sleeves, allowing uniform stressing of the anchor bolts after they have been cast into the concrete foundation.
Full test certification provided with each batch.
Information on tensioning equipment and loading can be supplied with the order.
Various fabricated ‘one piece’ cradles can also be supplied to customer specifications.
