International Women’s Day
“Every day across every area, function, and organizational level at our HaiYan and NingBo sites, I see amazing women” said Barry Piper, GM Asia, Cooper Turner Beck “, they are making a great contribution to realize not just our day to day company achievements, but to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.”
On International Women’s day we gave everyone one of our women a flower and encouraged them to take a photo and share this with every women … mother, sister, daughter, friend, teacher…who has made their life special, and we gave them half-a day holiday to spend time with them.
