Direct Line Feed (DLF)

Our DLF system utilises state-of-the-art technology, which is fully integrated with our ERP systems. Using bespoke bin specifications, on-site staff will conduct frequent checks to maintain agreed stock levels.

Vendor Management Inventory (VMI)

This type of pull system is very convenient for managing small, high volume parts. We are responsible for visiting the facility on a weekly or prescribed time and refilling the parts as needed.

Supermarket Area

This is where stock is held on shelves on the shop floor. Our staff will keep the shelves full for the customer to use, when stock levels are low the shelves will be replenished daily or twice a day.
