Progress and Innovation
We began life in the 1800’s in England and today we are a multi-national corporation with manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world.
As early as the 1960’s, we were adding innovation to the fastener industry, supplying high strength friction grip fasteners. It was at that time that we designed and patented the ‘Coronet’ Direct Tension Indicator. This ensured correct torque tensioning for high strength bolting assemblies. This innovative, time-saving product soon established the company as the world leader in structural bolting.
We are still adding innovations to all our markets, including wind, construction, rail and tunnelling. We are also continuing to invest in the future, significantly in 2019 we merged with Beck Industries. This has added new products and new safety critical markets to us, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Subsea.
We continue to support projects where customers count on us for the provision of high quality safety critical fasteners.
Today, we are a $200m corporation with a global workforce of over 1,100.
