The Challenge

To produce a range of non standard ASTM A490 bolts across the whole spectrum of sizes from M12 - M36 within an 8 week time frame and to the customer’s specific packing requirements

The Solution

• In 2007 Cooper and Turner worked closely with one of Dubai's major structural steel engineers to manufacture and supply a range of bolts, nuts, washers and direct tension indicators.
• These were manufactured in Sheffield and the goods were produced with extra certification and inspection requirements to meet the needs of the clients particular quality requirements.
• The project was delivered on time.
