  Five employees at Cooper and Turner have saved the company thousands by learning to lead a number of Lean Improvement Projects across the business to improve effeciency. They were the first to undertake the work-based qualification, which teaches employees how to make manufacturing efficiency improvements and then complete a work-based project to implement what they have learned.
